Not only did Kyle make sure we had a quick, safe, and smooth transaction, he also got us our full asking price. At first, we were thinking of selling it to those sites that buy your home and promise to remove the "hassles" of listings or showing, etc. After we found out that they give you a list of repairs you have to deduct from the offer or pay for, we contacted the Kyle Simmons Team. Since we used them to purchase our home, we decided to contact Kyle to help sell it. He took the time to explain the whole process and guided us through it. He was very responsive and answered any questions we had. We got an offer in less than two weeks at the full asking price. This was over 10K more than what those "home buying" companies were offering. We didn't need to stage. Holding costs were low because it didn't take "months to sell". Kyle Simmons was an excellent realtor and very knowledgeable about the homes we were looking at as well as the surrounding areas in Las Vegas. He always made himself available for a showing and loaned us a moving truck at no cost which came in especially handy as we were in transition during the start of COVID-19 shutdowns. We ended up needing to hold our belongings in the truck as storage for almost 2-weeks while we closed on my new home. This service alone saved me a few hundred in storage and moving fees.
